Satoshi Nakagawa built the LimeChat app as a free app. This app is provided by Satoshi Nakagawa at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my app.

The Personal Information that the app collects on your local machine is used only to connect to the IRC servers you choose in the app settings. The app collects your Personal Information only in the app settings. The Personal Information is stored only on your local machine. The app sends your nickname, login name, real name, etc you entered in the Server Properties dialog to the IRC server you specify.
Security
The app sends your nickname, login name, real name, etc you entered in the Server Properties dialog when connecting to the IRC server. If you choose not to use SSL connection, it will be sent as plain texts without any encryption. It is your responsibility to enable the SSL connection option to protect your information from attackers on the Internet. I am not responsible for any security issues while you are using the app.
